1 Cup Lewis Road Creamery Milk

2 Ripe large mangos, chilled 

1 tsp ground cardamon 

1/8 tsp Rose Water, approx. 2-3 drops

    Peel and dice mango, combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blitz!
