1. Promoter

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is run by Lewis Road Creamery (“the Promoter”).

2. Partners

This Promotion is in partnership with Volkswagen NZ, ChargeNet, and Bachcare
(collectively, “the Partners”).

3. Eligibility

·        Open to New Zealand residents only.

·        Entrants must be aged 21 years or over.

·        A valid full New Zealand driver license is required to redeem the use of the Volkswagen ID. BUZZ prize.

·        Employees of the Promoter, Partners, their immediate families, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

2.     Comment on the giveaway post by tagging the person you’d love to take on the road trip.

Multiple unique entries are allowed (each tag = 1 entry).

Entries that do not meet the requirements will be deemed invalid.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

·        Use of Volkswagen ID. BUZZ for 10 days

·        A 10-day supply of Lewis Road Creamery’s Lime Milkshake

·        $500 ChargeNet credit for EV charging

·        $500 Bachcare voucher for use on a Bachcare Holiday Home during the trip.

6. Prize Conditions

Vehicle use is subject to Volkswagen NZ’s vehicle loan terms, including driver license verification, insurance, and vehicle return conditions.

The winner is responsible for any additional costs incurred during the trip (e.g. fuel beyond ChargeNet credit, cleaning, parking, tolls, fines).

The ChargeNet credit is subject to ChargeNet’s standard terms and conditions.

The Bachcare voucher is non-transferable from the original prize winner. The voucher is subject to Bachcare's booking terms and conditions.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be drawn at random after entries close.

Entries close 30 September at 11:00pm NZST.

The winner will be contacted directly via Lewis Road Creamery’s official Instagram or Facebook account only.

The winner must respond within 5 working days or the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner drawn.

8. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, residency, and driver license eligibility.

If these cannot be provided, the prize will be forfeited.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and entry content for
promotional purposes, without further compensation.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and Partners are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this Promotion or the prize.

The Promoter and Partners are not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost entries, or unauthorised communications claiming to represent this giveaway.

11. Instagram and Facebook Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.
By entering, participants release Instagram of any responsibility.

 12. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.

Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The fulfilment of the prize will be decided upon through joint communication by the winner and Volkswagen New Zealand. Date of prize fulfilment is subject to availability and blackout dates.
