Extra Creamy Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
1x 330ml Bottle Lewis Road Creamery Fresh Chocolate Milk
1x 330ml Bottle Lewis Road Creamery Double Cream
200g Milk Chocolate
1tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Coca Powder
1 tsp vanilla essence

Using a medium saucepan, bring the Chocolate Milk & Double Cream to a boil (slowly, using a low heat).

Add Milk Chocolate and stir constantly to avoid burning until melted.

Add Cinnamon, Cocoa Powder and Vanilla essence and stir to combine.

Serve in a warm mug, topped with a dusting of icing sugar or cocoa powder
