Triple Chocolate Milkshake
Ingredients
1x 330ml Bottle Lewis Road Creamery Fresh Chocolate Milk
2 Scoops Lewis Road Creamery Chocolate Truffle with Ganache Ice Cream
8x Medium Ice Cubes
100g Milk chocolate
Chocolate sauce to taste
For the Chocolate Cream:
330 ml Lewis Road Creamery Double Cream
65g Sugar
25g Cocoa Powder
1tsp Vanilla Extract

Combine all Chocolate Cream Ingredients into a cold metal bowl, whick until stiff peaks are formed – this will ensure it holds its shape

Transfer into a piping bag

Blend Chocolate milk, ice cream, Ice Cubes and Milk chocolate until combined as desired, pour into a chilled glass lined with chocolate sauce

Pipe chocolate cream onto glass – top with any additions you’d like and enjoy!
