Tummy Friendly Overnight Oats

Ingredients


1 & 3/4 cups Lewis Road Creamery Comfort Milk
1 & 1/2 teaspoons to 3 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup rolled oats (about 105g)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Fruit, for serving (recommended, but optional)

Method

    In a medium bowl, whisk together oat milk, maple syrup, vanilla paste, and salt until well combined.

    Add oats and chia seeds and stir to combine.

    Refrigerate until oats have softened and thickened, at least 8 hours and up to 24 hours. Sweeten with additional maple syrup as needed and serve with fresh fruit, if desired.
