50g Lewis Road Creamery butter
¼ cup runny honey
1 tsp chilli flakes
½ tsp salt
2 cloves garlic, minced

Pomegranate Salsa & Topping:
125g sour cream
1 bunch fresh dill, finely chopped + extra to serve
1 clove garlic, minced
100g pomegranate arils
2 Tbsp toasted pine nuts 1
medium shallot, finely diced
½ lemon, juiced
1 tsp runny honey
