Avocado On Toast With Sea Salt Crystal Butter
Ingredients
4 slices sourdough, or your favorite bread
2 avocados, halved
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped basil
1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
Pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
Knob of Lewis Road Sea Salt Crystal Butter

In a small jar or bowl, combine the olive oil, white balsamic, honey, garlic, basil, oregano, and a big pinch of salt and pepper. Give a good shake or whisk until all combined.

Heat a grill pan, set to medium (we used a toastie maker!). Spread a generous helping of Lewis Road Sea Salt crystal butter of both side of the sourdough. Then brush one side with the vinaigrette. Grill the bread for 1-2 minutes each side until toasted to your liking.

Slice the avocado and arrange on one side of the bread. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds, chilli flakes (if using) and drizzle generously with vinaigrette! Enjoy!
