Garlic Butter Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients
50g Lewis Road Creamery garlic & parsley butter, softened
4 slices sourdough bread
4-5 slices free-range shaved ham
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
½ cup grated gruyere cheese
2 Tbsp wholegrain mustard
2 Tbsp mayonnaise

Butter one side of each slice of sourdough with the garlic & parsley butter, then flip them over so the un-buttered side is facing upwards.

Spread one slice of sourdough with mustard, and another slice with the mayonnaise. Fill with cheeses and ham. Sandwich slices together.

Toast in a toasted sandwich machine for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
