1. Combine all Chocolate Cream Ingredients into a cold metal bowl, whick until stiff peaks are formed – this will ensure it holds its shape
2. Transfer into a piping bag
3. Blend Chocolate milk, ice cream, Ice Cubes and Milk chocolate until combined as desired, pour into a chilled glass lined with chocolate sauce
4. Pipe chocolate cream onto glass – top with any additions you’d like and enjoy!
