Ingredients


140gms Ice
200ml Lewis Road Milk
18gms Pomeroy’s Drinking Chocolate
20gms Pics Smooth Peanut Butter
20-30 ml Monin Caramel Syrup  (depending on taste)
Generous pinch of Sea Salt

This is an adaptation of Pic's original recipe developed with Lewis Road Creamery and Pic’s Peanut Butter as a suped-up smoothie for the runners and supporters of Auckland’s Marathon 2014.

Based on a 350ml serve

Method


Add all to blender and whizz until happy with texture. Sprinkle with Pomeroy’s drinking choc and salt.

Exchange a good quality vanilla ice cream for the ice for a delish and different pudding idea
