I realised this got stuck in my outbox as I was giving my computer a much-needed software update! Alas, I was trying to be technologically up-to-date & give my computer some love, but it turned around and bit me on the hard drive.
Technology can be both your friend and your foe! I know it’s good to keep your friends close and your enemies closer, but most importantly it’s best to keep Steve on speed-dial.
Anyhow… I hope everyone’s flying through a brilliant week. No matter how you do it, you owe it to yourself to do a 180 every once in a while. Keeps you agile & able to maintain your footing when life throws you off-balance.
“You’re never more alive than when things get turned upside down."
One of my favourite yoga poses is the headstand. Usually, I’m terrible at it. But I love it. And when I do manage to catch that momentary stillness, and satisfying equilibrium of inverting my world against natural gravity, it’s exhilarating.
We naturally crave progress. If I slip out of practice of turning myself upside down every so often, my foundation becomes wobbly, and I physically feel the lack of the challenging practise. My frame of reference never changes for a few minutes every day. My resolve to try it again tomorrow, weakens.

The grass isn’t always greener on the other side. The grass is greener where you water it. And the grass is definitely greener on New Zealand farms.
Play the architect that is given the task of building the absurd. What can you get away with?
“It’s never too late to start over. if you weren’t happy with yesterday, try something different today. Don’t stay stuck. Do better.”
