Pasta with Crispy Herb Butter Cream

Streaky Bacon (about 250g)
2 packets of yummy organic pasta from a yummy food market. I chose Spinach and Ricotta
Fresh Sage and Fresh Thyme

So pop the Bacon into the griller to crisp right up.
While that's grilling, pop your pasta on the boil
While that's boiling chop up your sage and thyme and add them into some hot butter and crisp them up. This will take about 3-4 mins max. While you have that on the go, in a jug place about 200ml cream and an egg.
When the sage and thyme is nicely crisp cool the pan a little and add the cream mixure. STIR STIR STIR! Dont let the egg become scrambled you want a smooth consistency.
Drain your pasta and pour the butter cream over the pasta and mix so that its covering the all corners of the pasta. In
